The Career guidance and Placement cell is an institutional arrangement in the campus primarily motivated to empower the student community in terms of providing training on securing part time and full time jobs and information on various institutes for higher education . The Career Guidance and Placement cell has been set up in the college for the benefit of the students.  Primary objective of the cell is to provide the much needed life skills to students and help them to find job placements. The Cell’s activities are initiated by the teaching faculty of different departments. To keep pace with the present stiff competition, the placement cell has undertaken several measures like organizing seminars, mock interviews, soft skills, communicative skills, personality development, corporate culture/etiquette and leadership skills to the students. The students are encouraged by the Career Guidance Cell to go on educational tours visit industrial fairs attend industry conferences and seminars. This way the students get opportunity to interact with leading personalities of industry and service sectors, which brings clarity and maturity in their professional thinking and way of life. Career Guidance and Placement Cell also conducts seminars on different subjects that can enrich knowledge, promote right attitude among students. Besides, they are given awareness on higher studies and job opportunities in India and abroad.
